Requirements:
An active enterprise account on the platform
Access credentials for a corporate Gmail or Microsoft Outlook email inbox
Administrative authorization to connect third-party applications if your organization uses custom security policies
Instructions
After you connect your email, Hera will typically ask if you want to integrate her into your calendar. If not, follow these steps:
Start a new chat with Hera
Ask her, βPlease connect to my google/microsoft calendarβ
She will then ask for your email if you are not already connected
Once your email is connected, she will send you a link in the chat that will prompt you to sign in and give her access
Why is This Helpful?
Once Hera is integrated with your calendar, you can have her:
Build Time-Blocked Schedules: Organize your daily tasks into a structured schedule within your preferred working window (e.g., Monday through Thursday) so you always have breathing room.
Create Smart Preparation Blockers: Automatically block preparation time exclusively for high-priority deadlines and critical contacts, keeping your calendar free of lower-priority clutter.
Recognize True Availability: Treat solo calendar events (blocks without other attendees) as flexible, open slots, keeping them available for deep-focus work or urgent collaborative meetings.
Handle Direct Scheduling in Chat: Book meetings completely through conversation by simply asking her to "find a free slot with Alexander next Tuesday" or "schedule a 30-minute sync tomorrow morning."
