Start Chat Conversations
Initiating a chat is the foundation of your workflow on 913.AI. While launching a thread takes only a few clicks, structuring your conversations correctly ensures your AI agents maintain sharp contextual memory, stay organized, and deliver highly accurate results. This guide covers how to strategically initiate, target, and kickstart your workspace conversations.

Launching a New Chat Thread
Every distinct project, query, or task should have its own dedicated chat thread. Mixing unrelated tasks in a single chat can clutter the agent's active memory and dilute the quality of your outputs.
Locate the Sidebar: Look at the left-hand navigation panel on your screen.
Trigger the Action: Click the + New Chat button located at the top of the sidebar.

Select Your AI Specialist: A menu will appear displaying your available digital workforce. Select the agent best suited for your immediate task.
First Day Recommendation: If you are exploring the platform interface, select Olivia (your platform guide). If you want to jump straight into drafting, searching, or organizing data, select Rachel (your general assistant).
Setting the Platform Context
Before typing your first message, consider where this conversation should live. Managing your threads dynamically helps build a long-term database for your team:
Standalone Chats: Perfect for quick, one-off questions, rapid email drafting, or temporary inquiries that don't belong to a larger initiative.
Project-Bound Chats: If your task is part of a larger workflow (e.g., Q3 Market Analysis), navigate to that specific Project Workspace first before launching the chat. This ensures the agent can automatically access any shared files, shared team context, and historical records linked to that project.
Launching Your First Threads: Practical Blueprint
To experience the immediate capabilities of your digital team, copy-paste or adapt these foundational prompt blueprints based on your operational goals:
The Operational Onboarding Thread

The Prompt: βHi Rachel, it is my first day working in this workspace. Can you introduce yourself, explain your primary capabilities, and tell me what specific file formats you can analyze for me?β
The Interactive Platform Guide
Target Agent: Olivia (Platform Guide)
The Prompt: βHi Olivia, I need to get my profile optimized. Walk me through the exact steps to connect my business email and authenticate my Google Calendar so Hera can begin sorting my inbox.β
The Core Document Deep-Dive
Target Agent: Rachel or Ava (Legal Specialist)
Action: Click the attachment icon to upload an internal PDF, such as a company handbook, standard operating procedure (SOP), or client contract.

The Executive Deliverable Draft
Target Agent: Rachel (General Assistant)
The Prompt: βHelp me draft a brief, professional introduction email to send to our engineering and product teams for my first day. Keep the tone warm, confident, and concise, and leave a placeholder for my background experience.β
