Update Your Account Settings
Manage your profile, team collaboration, and usage analytics from Account Settings.

Navigate to Settings by clicking on your username in the bottom left corner and selecting Settings from the pop-up menu.
Edit Your Personal Profile
Select General under the Settings menu:
Add a profile picture and name.
Adjust your contact information/username.
Choose your display theme.

Account Security
Select Security under the Settings menu:
Change your password at any time.
Set up extra security measures and an easier login experience to 913.AI with a Passkey.
Turn on two-factor authentication.
Add a phone number to your account.

Manage Your Team
Select Team under the Settings menu:
Add your company name and logo.
Click Invite to the team to add members.
Adjust team member roles (Admin, Member, Free Trial) or modify access.

Monitor Platform Analytics
Select Analytics under the Settings menu:
Messages left: See how many messages you have remaining with your license.
Cases Processed: Discover how many cases AI workers worked on with you and your team.
Export data: Download team data as a CSV for reporting.
Team Overview: View team member usage statistics. You can click on any column header to instantly filter and view your analytics based on that specific selection.
Filter the metrics for the specific timeframe you are interested in.
