  • Inbox Triage: Categorizing every incoming email with custom labels (such as To Respond, Client Email, or FYI) and maintaining a clean folder structure.

  • Draft Responses: Composing ready-to-send email drafts in your natural professional voice, waiting in your folder for your final review and approval.

  • Calendar Organization: Scheduling meetings, resolving calendar conflicts, and automatically blocking out preparation time for high-priority tasks and upcoming deliverables.

  • Task Tracking: Extracting follow-ups, action items, and deadlines directly from your email conversations and adding them to your local task list.

When working within a Project, Hera works seamlessly alongside your various AI Agents. While Hera is working on her own task, you can prompt her to delegate other tasks in order to improve efficiency and output.

Getting started with Hera takes only a single step. Simply prompt her to connect to your email and she will guide you through the steps. Once connected, Hera will automatically begin sorting your incoming correspondence, preparing draft replies, and compiling your daily morning briefing!
