The Expandable Utilities Menu
Clicking the + (plus) button on the left side of the input box reveals a dropdown menu with core collaborative actions:
Add files or photos: Need an agent to analyze a specific document, receipt, or screenshot? Use this option to directly upload assets straight into the chat. You can also trigger this by simply typing
/in the text field.Add Context: This allows you to explicitly feed background information, specific variables, or reference data to the agent so its response is highly customized to your scenario.
Tasks: Go beyond conversational AI by creating actionable tasks. This feature helps you organize specific to-dos and track items right alongside your chat workflows.

Audio Messaging
On the right side of the input bar, next to the green submit arrow, you will find a microphone icon.
Hands-Free Dictation: If you are on the move or have a complex scenario that is easier to explain out loud than to type, click the microphone to record an audio message. The platform captures your voice instructions, ensuring your AI agents don't miss a beat

Quick Tasks
Right below the text box, the interface populates dynamic, one-click shortcuts designed to turn complex business workflows into automated tasks. Instead of typing out lengthy prompts from scratch, you can initiate specialized task options to let the AI execute heavy-duty operations instantly such as:
Summarize: Instantly condense long transcripts, articles, or uploaded files into clear, punchy bullet points.
Compare documents: Upload two text files or contracts to let the agent automatically isolate discrepancies, track changes, or highlight differences.
Generate document: Draft structured contracts, reports, or emails from scratch using custom prompts.
Web search: Enable live browsing so your agent can crawl the live internet for up-to-date facts, news, and market data.
